Woo hoo. That's the parish I grew up in. The nuns used to beat the crap out of us; our parents always took their side, and we never got a trophy just for showing up.

As a congressman, Durbin voted consistently to uphold pre-existing restrictions on abortion or impose new limitations – including supporting a Constitutional amendment that would have nullifed Roe v. Wade

He changed his stripes when he saw an opportunity to further HIS career. So much for values.

Dick(head) Durbin is up for reelection this year. Probably no chance he will lose, but one can always hope..
