The Sunday Morning Bray, by Bray!
Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheeps clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. Matt 7:15
How delicious was it for the new Abe Lincoln to do a touchdown dance celebrating the seven million slaves signing up for his healthcare plan. Never mind nobody in the room including him believed the number or the quality of the signees, he had to rub it in the face of all Americans that he won and they lost. It reminded you a bit of Hitler high fiving the 6 millionth Jew or Mao his 20 millionth dissenters, as he mugged for the camera for his fellow Marxists. You could really tell he had no clue how many had signed up or how insurance works.
As we showed last week, insurance is simply a method where companies pool as many people together to share the risk while keeping the risk expense as low as possible. These companies have been doing this for hundreds of years setting up precise matrices analyzing that pool to attempt to predict the amount of claims those pools will have over different periods of time. Part of the matrix was analyzing who was coming into the pool using underwriting to cost different risk factors.
Someone who has had cancer in the past five years does not have the same risk factor as a young person who is in great health. A girl is going to have pregnancy costs that a young man normally wont and those should be factored into the pricing of their policies. These factors are no longer allowed under obamacare so everyone has the same cost whether they had cancer yesterday and we are finding everyone has pregnancy coverage whether you are male or female.
Before obamacare, competition kept the rates in line so people could afford it. The invisible hand of competition forced the companies to lower their rates or the people would shop their rates and find a carrier willing to offer a policy at a lower cost. Every company was competing against every other insurer keeping the companies as low as they could possibly be. In addition they had to keep them affordable or people would simply drop their coverage and go without or raise their deductable so they would only carry a major medical to cover a catastrophic health emergency.
The hardest customer for an insurance company to get was young males. They are the ideal customer for a company since they never go to the doctor except for accidents and have the lowest usage. The problem for the insurance industry is they would rather spend their money on a Vette and a brunette than on a boring old insurance policy. Unless their company carried it they werent buying it. Obamacare will now force them to carry it or will fine them or put them in jail. This upsets the apple cart more than any other issue this boondoggle causes.
When the gummit forces people to buy something with a gun to their head then the price of that item is naturally going to go up. They no longer can be influenced to buy using lower prices, price is no longer a factor; there is now an artificial demand which means prices have to go up. In addition to a riskier pool through not allowing health underwriting or as Marxists call it discrimination; the prices are going to explode forcing people into bankruptcy or jail. This is what the president of the United States was celebrating.
This economic disaster has to be repealed. There is not one piece of the legislation including forced insurance for the young males which is worth the cost. The gummit forcing these young men into the pool when they would rather be using their money to start their lives makes as much sense as opening a Lemonade stand without lemonade. Even Oworthless has admitted it by eliminating the mandate for everyone except the small businesses and individuals because he knows supporting obamacare is political suicide. So he goes in front of the Marxist Media and does a touchdown dance filled with hate and vitriol towards his political enemies and claims he reached his goal that was as believable as the keeping your doctor line and declares the debate over. Sorry, Mr Magoo the debate has only begun. This debate is going on as long as that sorry piece of legislation has the name of Obamacare or Hillarycare and now you get to explain it when they know what is in the bill.
This is exactly the problem you have with a centralized communist gummit. Not only is it unbending and inefficient, it is filled with people who believe they are smarter than the marketplace. Even though they have no actual experience in a field like healthcare which was the most sophisticated system in the world, they believe they have all the answers when they dont. They believe they are smarter and can write a bill which covers everyone for a lower cost by taking the profits out of the equation as their Marxist professors taught them. Now reality has stepped in, so not only are the premiums higher, the coverage is worse and the only way you can get people to buy this monstrosity is by threats from the IRS, but seven million
There is only one viable solution to the unfixable Democrat disaster, repeal. The old system was working far better than obamacare and we have yet to see the worst of it which is the claim system. The only thing that is worse is Single Payer or Nationalized Healthcare. If you think obamacare is expensive, wait until you have the gummit turn it into Medicare which has doubled in cost. These Marxists have put us in such a box so now there is only one way out and that is burn that box to the ground and start over. Let the insurance companies go back to writing insurance the way it is supposed to be underwritten and set up a high risk pool for those who Obama has left in the cold. It will be painful just as it was for Eastern Europe leaving the Soviet Union, but it will be twice as painful if we continue on the tracks this trainwreck is leading us. This is what he celebrates.
Pray America wakes up

Good morning. One small correction....Tim Kaine from Virginia on Fox News Sunday is a Democrat.
Thanks.
McCain is taking a week off, having his tongue recapped...
The morning line up is so lackluster I may just turn on CNN just to listen to the possible MH370 ‘pinging’ in the Indian Ocean.
In addition over half of the sign-ups are on Medicaid who pay nada.
In 2010 it cost over $5,500 per person for medicaid enrollees who pays for this? Also there are huge numbers of high-risk people who can't get insurance anywhere else. So, they go for zero care and are glad to get it.
Problem is these are primarily high risk people who will run the cost of treating them up dramatically--who pays for that?
If you add up most of these enrollees and then add on premium support sing ups who pay anywhere from $2 per month to maybe a hundred how many of the seven million are left that actually pay for zero care? Answer=dam few.
Bottom line the ACA is another welfare program that will be the most costly in the history of the country and guess who gets to pay for all these freeloaders? If you looked into the mirror you passed Go and paid $200 instead of collecting. Once again the regime is creating a socialsitc/communistic state in the US and getting us to pick up the tab. Slick if nothing else.
Look for them to double down on everything they do in anticipation of November when we kick many of their sorry asses out of government forever.
LOL there is always a “choice”! Try 20 websites at once, a little rock and roll music bed and a small tv showing all the non-action chatting points going on the DBM shows. All fueled by sugar and coffee!
Thank you. Kaine is a democrat, yup. Must have made you laugh, huh, being from Virginia?
It was listed that way at the source. I should have proof read it!
“he had to rub it in the face of all Americans that he won and they lost.”
Great takeaway line Bray!!!!
Here is the funniest analysis of the shows courtesy of poster “Jaibones” over at Hot Air, as good as it gets.

Welcome to the Sunday Morning DNC Media Propaganda Shows! In this mornings edition you will once again be treated to every version of the liberal philosophy in spades, and only if something goes very wrong will you hear the common sense of conservatism.
The shows will be arranged, staffed and conducted by liberals, with the obvious but not dramatic exception of Fox.
Lets have a gander:
Meet the Press on NBC
Shaun McCutcheon plaintiff, McCutcheon v. FEC (N/A)
Michael Mullen Pentagon*
John E. Sununu conservative-ish
Harold Ford Jr. liberal, former CBC crook
The home of the Kook-Left, looking for plausible deniability. Also, a new category Pentagon. Where self-interest and misdirection cloud the normal left-right view of motivations.

Now that Dear Leader has done his victory dance in the end zone, the media can move on to other things more important except everything the Regime touches is such an obvious disaster they have decided to go on to "nothing" and bore us to tears instead because they can no longer blame everything on the weather or George Bush - not that they still won't try, mind you.
I'm surprised they haven't got Beyoncé and old reruns of the OJ trial on all the channels this morning. It would make for more compelling viewing.
How delicious was it for the new Abe Lincoln to do a touchdown dance celebrating the seven million slaves signing up for his healthcare plan.
FNS
Rehashing the Fort Hood shooting.
[All Wallace needed to do was recall the arguments from the previous Hasan shooting. Wallace could probably use the same videos and talkingpoints.]
In another 5 years, not much will have changed regarding ‘carrying’ on these bases.
Referring to your comment:
there are huge numbers of high-risk people who can't get insurance anywhere else.
Actually the number is between 1 and 2% of those seeking coverage. HOWEVER, they would make up around 50% of the claims.
The "dirty little secret is" is they are mostly AIDS patients.
