Thank you all so much from my healing heart for your sweetest condolences and particularly for your prayers!

My most beloved, sweet and cherished Dr.O (Walt) continues to be blessed and loved and although I will forever miss his earthly presence I know and truly believe that he is residing in the House of Our Lord and Savior where he is happy and free from the cares of this world, (except for his precious grandchildren, children and me, I so pray). I mean, I hope and pray he can still watch over us and wait for me. I've already gone back to our Church, so I'll be ready to join him anytime, which is NOT a death wish, just a preparatory measure.

I have his cremations (as his ashes are called in our Catholic faith), sitting on the table he used everyday next to my computer, but I will find a place of honor in our house later on to keep them, until I'm ready to take them for formal burial in the Catholic cemetery we both chose in San Diego. Our Parish priest told me there's no hurry at all, be it 6 months or 6 years and I'm the world's greatest procrastinator and a huge sentimentalist.

I would have crashed and fell apart without penelopesire here with me, so please love her too and I suspect you already do!

In closing, I have to relate STARWISE'S words to me, "DrO was carried on prayer to God." You all's prayer. I can never thank you enough.

For sure after Saturday evening's Mass, I will be back on our FReepathon thread where I belong and where I love to be. "What would we do without Free Republic?" I type that a lot and I meant it every time I posted it, but after this .... just wow. What would I have done without Free Republic and all of you?
