It makes sense to help pay for your adult’s children education and when they graduate, normally the child support ends. In certain cases, if the adult child goes on to graduate or medical school, parental support can be extended.

He has to wait until his children graduate and then arrange with his ex to end the child support or to petition the court to terminate it.

Excuse me, didn't you forget something?

"It makes sense if you choose to help pay for your kids' college educations. ONLY then. Otherwise, it's ludicrous for government to dictate to parents that they have a fiscal obligation to send their kids to college.

Flat stupid and pure tyranny.

“It makes sense to help pay for your adult’s children education . . . “

Only if your 18 year old daughter is not a b*tch and demands that you pay for all her education and room and board. Oh, we just had a court case just like that, and the judge ruled that she was a b*tch.

It may or may not make sense. It certainly, and thankfully, isn’t the law here to be forced to support your kid after he or she turns 18.
