"I’m not a smoker, but big government is a much bigger threat than some guy selling e-cigarettes."

I'm not in favor of big government. But I'm not in favor of no government either. That gets you Somalia.

I think the FDA and the EPA are subject to corruption and need more checks and balances. But I also think they do a lot of good.

I’ve used e-cigs for over 4 years now and I’ll tell you what impending government regulation means to me:

- higher prices
- fewer choices
- less availability

It might help a few people but will shorten the lives of many people who would have otherwise switched from tobacco to e-cigs.

Government is not our friend.
It never considers that there are “enough” regulations.
They are in the business of control, and concern about our welfare is just an excuse for their actions.

“But I also think they do a lot of good.”

Name one good thing that either the EPA or FDA do that can not be done by the State’s themselves. I’d also wager that anything you name is already duplicated by the State’s, but can’t be completely certain. However, I am certain that they State’s would certainly pick up the positive aspects of those job killing departments known as the EPA and FDA.
