America demands Justice for the Fallen of Benghazi! |
There is no “conservative” browser that I know of. It’s a matter of picking your battles I suppose. I don’t use Internet Exploder because it’s flakey. I won’t allow anything Gargoyle on my machine because they are so notorious about snooping on you and collecting data. I tried Opera but it lacked the tools I need. Comodo Dragon looked promising until I discovered that it is just a variant of Chrome.
So Safari it is for me.
My preference du jour is Chrome, mainly because it is pretty quick as opposed to Firefux or aIEeeeee! Yeah, Google is a lefty group, but they are up front about it and, AFAIK, they haven't dropped the thought police on their people.
One thing I've learned in my 25 years in the Bay Area is to tolerate people who disagree with me, as long as they are not stealthy about it. I've met more than my share of people out here who "claim" to be Conservative or Republican, but are so far left that they make Nancy Pug-Ugly look like Sarah Palin! Them, I can do without.
On the other hand, one of our dearest friends is a widow and her daughter who think that Jon Stewart and Steven Colbert are real journalists, but anything on Fox is just this side of the National Enquirer.
