That is the big question. One article I read said the government would go so far as to say he did anything wrong. So what is the warrant based on?

Considering he collected for 80 years it sounds as if they are implementing an ex post facto law. That is not legal. They should have a count of theft or grand theft for each item confiscated.

What doe his will say happens to the collection upon his death?? I would strongly suspect that he intends it to go to some museum or other. The rush to tyranny continues.0
