This proves Russia has Nut cases just like we do. Nice to see this become a Russian Joke—Better than or them acting on the desires. There were so flaws in the treaty we signed with the Czars on the purchase of Alaska—Some things we didn’t do right back in the 19th Century—So they might have a case—of sorts. But short of national break-up or war, I can’t see Alaska going back to Russia. Now if Alaska became an independent Republic (with President Sarah Palin) I could see them seeking Russian protection—or aid.
