no prob. Someone else had posted a thread here a while ago about what XP users might do when M$ drops support for XP this month. In that thread there were a number of good alternatives with listings of pros and cons.
Mint looked like the best option to me, I think there is a Cinnamon desktop IIRC, that looked interesting.
I’ll see if I can find the thread and post a link for you.

FYI (from comments at the BetaNews site), Mint 17 LTS is coming out in May and is supported until 2019. KDE is a good interface as well.
