He’s an odd bird. Most governors move right when they are planning a run for a higher office. He “moderated” instead and ended up on the Left on many issues after being a good soldier. Before his last term, he was an icon on FR.
Yeah, he's a curious one. In the end, I don't think he has a political principle in his body.
