So the proven-RINO, EXEMPT McConnell diligently
protects money going to ... himself.

By contrast, the EXEMPT RINO never protects Americans,
nor raped murdered Ambassadors.

Unfortunately when 78 year old Justice Scalia leaves the Court the left will use all of its political and media muscle to ensure a progressive fills the vacancy. If a Democrat is President, the Republicans in the Senate will go along just as almost all voted for Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

If a Republican is President, he/she will likely appoint a David Souter to the court (like George H.W. Bush) to avoid a fight. Should a Republican appoint anyone professing a belief in original intent the ensuing firestorm will make the Bork and Thomas confirmation hearings will look like church prayer meetings.

As soon as one conservative vote switches to a progressive, all of the recent 5-4 rulings supporting Constitutional government will be challenged and overturned.

Say whatever else you will about McConnell, but he did fight hard against the campaign finance reform law that “conservative” George W. Bush signed.

Now that the USSC has validated that "Corporations are People" for purposes of FREE SPEECH, watch what they do with Obamacare and the First Amendment (freedom to practice one's religion.)

If the USSC is to be consistent, they have NO OTHER CHOICE than to say "Corporations are People" who have the right under the First Amendment to practice their religion without interference from the Government.

If they DO NOT rule consistently here, the USSC is corrupt.

ONE vote.

One (bleeping) vote is all it takes...........

....and our rights—ANY RIGHTS—are history.

To me ist sounds less like concern about protecting freedom of speech and more about protecting campaign contributions from the well heeled to the incumbents.

McConnell’s Triumph The Court vindicates freedom of speech.

Excuse me - but how does passing the buck to the Court turn into a victory for McConnell?

It seems to me that Congress is allowing the Courts to make all the hard decisions so they do not have to choose a side.

The Demonic-rats love this: as they take over more and more Courts they bend all decisions (past and present) to their will.

National Review has gone ALL IN for RINOs this year. Pimping McConnell, jiving for JEB. I get “the most electable” argument, but they have gone beyond that.
