My blood pressure went through the roof when I heard our soldiers are "sheltering" in place, or what I call Cowering In Place. It is time that Bill Clinton's policy of disarming soldiers on military bases is over turned. I urge you to write and sponsor a bill that gives soldiers, sailors, airmen and marines their second amendment rights back ... without reservations, e.g., weapons to be locked in the armory.
