"BreakingNews: 6.9 -foot tsunami wave reported at Iquique, Chile, following earthquake" I was just reading a link from Drudge and if I understand it correctly it was saying the above 6.9ft. wave is preceding the Tsunami...
Coastal residents of northern Chile evacuated calmly as waves measuring almost 2 meters (6 1/2 feet) struck ahead of a tsunami that was expected to come ashore later.
