That brings me to a point I always make that the GOP isnt allowed to,

Recall the main political argument for a personal mandate was the uninsured sticking hospitals (and us) with their emergency service bills? (mandated by federal law)

Well a mandate that allows high deductibles does nothing for that problem, its like allowing auto-liability insurance with large deductibles.

it is essentially a 100% deductible.

But fear not, the 100% deductible is fiancé by those who still have real work (not to be confused with government job)
