RE:”
The group actually proposed a new Obamacare plan. They call it a Copper Plan to go along with the Bronze, Silver, and Gold plans offered on the Obamacare exchanges. The group said the Copper plan, which would provide lower premiums but higher out-of-pocket costs, would give consumers more choices and would make Obamacare more affordable. Fine time to think of that” Mend it don't end it?

these deductables are essentially the same as no insurance at all.
we have a tax with zero benefit to the buyer.

What would that change? Most of the Bronze and Silver plans already have astronomical deductables. Creating a "copper" plan merely changes the one telling you that you can't afford any health care from the insurance company to the doctor.

A Copper Plan? How about a copper jacketed lead plan for these despicable pieces of collectivist filth?

What do they need to fix? I wish someone would ask them that. Ask these Dems, “What do you think is wrong with the law as it is, including the 35+ changes that Obama used his phone and pen to make.”
If they think it needs to be fixed or tweaked (as opposed to twerked), they should believe it is flawed. Where would they stick their finger in this leaky dyke? What hole in the sieve would they vote to plug?

RE :”
..these deductables are essentially the same as no insurance at all.” That brings me to a point I always make that the GOP isnt allowed to,
Recall the main political argument for a personal mandate was the uninsured sticking hospitals (and us) with their emergency service bills? (mandated by federal law)
Well a mandate that allows high deductibles does nothing for that problem, its like allowing auto-liability insurance with large deductibles.

King said yesterday there is no ‘Obamacare’, there’s Aetna, UnitedHealth, Blue Cross but no ‘Obamacare’.

Good Heavens! Mary Landrieu appears to be morphing into Sam Kinison (my apologies, Sam).

it is essentially a 100% deductible.
But fear not, the 100% deductible is fiancé by those who still have real work (not to be confused with government job)

Plenty of sound bites and videos to doom the entire party that voted for Obamapocalypse in the first place and then for the past 4 years told us it was the law of the land.
Embrace the suck...

My favorite part. The fedguv has prevented insurance companies from selling across state lines. Then, they use the interstate commerce clause to regulate their intrastate activities. What a country!

Bull shit...
Complete bull shit.
Higher than 6K out of pocket before it kicks in? If they can’t afford a higher monthly premium they sure as heck can’t afford to pay a 6k+ deductible either.
