I suppose, but... look, I hate to say it, I really do, but that culture just sucks, from what I can see. There are black folks in my life that I like and respect. But they don't demonstrate the more visible elements of modern-day African-American culture. In fact, they usually seem determined to put plenty of space between themselves and the rest, and I don't blame them one bit.
