Agree with the first part, but if it happens I suspect those in power will just take an “oh well...” attitude regarding the second. They’ll say “Well, if we’d had proof at the time that Obama couldn’t be President, we’d have taken action but of course that was just a wild theory that was never “proven”...”

No, whatever he signed and authorized will be held up as valid—unless or until Congress, the new president, or the Courts take action to specifically overturn something.
