I have access to a very good, generally reliable, professional person locater database. I just did a paid search for persons named "Mark Beard" in the State of North Carolina.

The search turned up 23 results. The search can be narrowed to 9 "possible" results based on age.

However, of those persons whose age is known, none is of official retirement age.

There is a MARK ALAN BEARD - 55 Years Old, in Huntsville.
There is a MARK THOMAS BEARD - 50 Years Old in Matthews, NC, (who uses a deceased individual's SSN, "which 'does not usually indicate fraud")
There is a MARK DEAN BEARD - 55 Years Old, but he last lived in NC in 1997. He lives in Indiana now.
There is a DONALD MARCUS BEARD - 58 Years Old, but in his email addresses he goes by, "don.beard".
There is a JEFFREY MARK BEARD - 54 Years Old in Huntersville, NC.
There is a MARK TYLER BEARD, DOB unknown, Greenville, NC who could be related to a MARK TYLER BEARD, 33 Years Old in NYC., and a Dan Edward Beard Age: 61
There is a MARK BEARD, DOB Unknown, who also last lived in NC in 1997, who probably either is or is related to the MARK DEAN BEARD listed above.
And last, there is a MARK AARON BEARD, who lived in NC at one time but now lives in Oregon.

Based on my experience using this database, my conjecture is that the MARK TYLER BEARD, DOB unknown, Greenville, NC, above is the only possible candidate because he might be old enough to be the father of the 33 year-old namesake who lives in NYC. If I had to locate the White House-purported Mark Beard to, for example, serve him papers, this person would be where I would start.

I do not have any information on occupations or former occupations.

While we all know the that the White House would never fabricate anything </hurl> a fabrication by a Democrat operative is certainly not out of the question.
