That whole nuke in Manhattan thing was because the heads of state were playing a video simulation of a nuclear terrorism attack. I don’t have a link but it was all over FR a few days ago. I think he was impressed by his own performance such that he actually thought he should be worried. Otherwise he might have just pulled it out of the air because it was so fresh in his mind. Nothing sinister there I’m afraid.
OK, nothing sinister except that they were ‘playing’ a game involving nuclear disaster. What kind of a serious head of state plays such a game? OK OK. Maybe serious was too serious a word for BHO.
