I took Tai Chi classes years ago. No one in that class wore heels. You really need loose fitting clothes and comfortable shoes (or no shoes) to move properly and get the full benefit of the exercise. Michelle looks like she's hardly moving.

Her approval rating is really a “who cares” rating, I think, from the general public.
