Jim, I served during the Nixon, Ford , Carter and Reagan years in the Army. The worst social experiment in the Military happened in the early ‘80’s when the Army started co-ed basic training, it was a farce, the women couldn’t keep up with their male counterparts in the physical strength area, so standards were lowered. And what do 18 year old boys and girls like to do after hours??? Pregnancy rates soared and morale plummeted. And here we are 30+ years later. Mission acomplished Indeed! Liberalism is antithetical to common sense.
I was in during those years and yes it was bad, but I stayed in until 1998 and got to see the Clinton years.
The mid 90's were even worse.
