USAF is bombarded with the crap too. Even DOD civilians have to attend the classes. It used to be optional and only mandatory for supervisors who had active duty in their sections.
I haven’t seen any homo related training yet. Will advise if I do.

We’ve had it, along with SHARP training out the wazoo. Can’t even tell a joke anymore without putting your career on the line.
