How about a lawyer tax to fund the bloated legal system? Who else profits from it? They are very much the one percent.

Just so you know, Shakespeare put those words into the mouth of an evil character with an evil plan to grab power.

Shakespeare meant it as a compliment to attorneys and judges who instill justice in society.
