Shakespeare meant it as a compliment to attorneys and judges who instill justice in society.

I know the context, but I think Shakespeare would likely have a different take on nobles in today's society.

If you knew the context, it’s dishonest to use it as a cheap shot that you know will be misunderstood by most, and which is contrary to the point you are trying to make.
