Is anybody talking about an outright ban on e-cigs? No. They are just applying the existing bans on smoking in public places and age limits. That's all.

The FDA has said that second hand e-cig vapors are a health hazard. What part of that do you not understand?

Prove to the satisfaction of the FDA that the vapor emitted is not harmful and we'll consider possibly reducing the restrictions.
