Murder necessitates the violation of another’s natural use. Use of drugs does not. There’s a horrendous argument here alright.

If you support the war on drugs, you are personally responsible for the proliferation of no-knock warrants.

What's the saying...a conservative is just a liberal who has been mugged.?

Up to a few months ago, I didn't really have an opinion on the drug war...being 'swatted' by the neighbor from hell will change your mind in a REAL hurry.

The silver lining? The police didn't shoot any of our cats.

Good luck explaining a victimless crime to some people around here. They simply don’t get it and would rather someone else make the decision for them. Then they put up a straw man and cry lime the liberals they truly are.

If you support the War on Drugs (WoD), then you are not a Constitutionalist. Period.
The WoD is the expansion of the federal government's power into every aspect of life; as Justice Thomas said in his dissent of Raich:

Respondents Diane Monson and Angel Raich use marijuana that has never been bought or sold, that has never crossed state lines, and that has had no demonstrable effect on the national market for marijuana. If Congress can regulate this under the Commerce Clause, then it can regulate virtually anything–and the Federal Government is no longer one of limited and enumerated powers.
