He was done and I was still waiting for some type of proof to be offered. Sounds to me they are looking to end this now. I doubt they have a plane located.

I wholeheartedly agree -- there's nothing new, the "evidence" isn't evidence at all (since there's nothing to link it with the plane, and no one intends to go fish it out of the water to check), and it has been, what, over two weeks? Three? Since the flight started, it's time to put this to bed.
PM NAJIB RAZAK’S PRESS STATEMENT ON MH370 -- This evening I was briefed by representatives from the UK Air Accidents Investigation Branch (AAIB). They informed me that Inmarsat, the UK company that provided the satellite data which indicated the northern and southern corridors, has been performing further calculations on the data. Using a type of analysis never before used in an investigation of this sort, they have been able to shed more light on MH370’s flight path.
