Start watching at about 4:10 minutes, or a bit before, and you will hear him explain this clearly. Maybe re-play it until you understand what he is saying.
Listen, Uncle Chip. I have no agenda here, other than wanting the truth. You are free, at least at the moment, to make up your own mind about who you choose to trust. It is one of the nice privileges we used to enjoy when we were a free country.

Get your facts straight.
The ".gov" did not find the likely crash site. That was done by those in private industry -- by scientists at Inmarsat and Boeing operating with verifiable data and well-known scientific principles.
It's the General that you blindly trust who has worked for ".gov" all his life. So who is really gullible here.
