I say that we take Alberta, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan and tell the rest to come back later when they have something better to offer.

Prince Edward Island has 143,000 people--fewer people than Chattanooga---
and it has no War Between the States historical markers.
If PEI gets two senators, Hamilton County, TN, should get two as weell.
