Sounds like a situation where Anonymous will probably enter the scene soon. I know the feds cracked the identities of some of their members a little while back but they are such a loosely organized collaborration that they will resurface again when the time or cause is right.

They recently got the contract to run Moffett Federal Airfield in Mountain View, largely so they can have their own private airport in the middle of the Santa Clara valley, something no one else gets to use.
