The way I read this is that Brewer confirmed that they have records for Bounel but NOT that he had the same SSN as BArry’s. The part of the sentence after the word Bounel seems to have bee added as an assumption by Dr. Taitz...as yet unproved, it seems, IMO. We shall see...

Your are mistaken. ALL SS-5 requests are handled by the Office of Earnings Operations. It doesn’t matter if the request has anything to do with earnings. See the form for making SS-5 requests. It is supposed to be sent to OEO.

no, he did not. He requested under 120 year rule. also, the FOIA was sent in October of 2013, they were supposed to respond within 20 working days and they did not respond for 5 months. Now they are saying to go to another office. They suddenly responded after I sent Brewer’s letter to Judge Hollander. PS a letter from Wiggins preceded this letter and Wiggins released records of other people, so obviously he sent to the right office “
I read it as the SSA should have written “The [type of] records you requested are under the jurisdiction of our Office of Earnings Operations.”
IMO, they meant that all SS-5 records are held by the OEO and that’s were the FOIA request should have gone.

It sounds to me like the criminal investigation part only deals with some of the obots and their association with the administration. And since this is the stuff the two Maricopa County Sheriff detectives are working on and because they can only investigate things that happened in Maricopa County, IMO, the criminal investigation will involve claims that the White House/DARPA have interfered with the criminal investigation in a cover-up.
Maybe charges of obstructing justice or interfering with an investigation or such.
It doesn’t sound to me like the criminal investigation will deal with who is Obama’s parents or whether he is a Soviet plant.
