Zullo and Arpaio have got the goods on Obama and his OBots. It's going to happen. You don't get it, do you? If they already "have the goods," then it's their legal and ethical duty to file charges today. If they don't have the goods yet, and merely believe that "it's going to happen," then they have an equal duty to not talk about it until it happens because, if they don't yet have the goods, it may not happen.
I'll ask again: what prosecutor's office gives a press conference before they're ready to file charges?

No, it's you who don't get it. The criminal investigation part of this is taking time to build. It is the part that is holding it up. Many criminal cases may take years, but this one will be in short order in comparison. If they want to make it a twofer there is no ethical problem with that. None zip nada. You are not privy to what Arpaio/Zullo has as evidence. They do however have the proof that Obama birf certificate is a complete forgery without a doubt according to Zullo. No problems when Zullo makes public statements if it does not jeopardize the cases. And there is no ethical anything if they have loose ends to tie up before they come forward with the pressers or before filing charges.

Many law enforcement agencies across the country have given pressers while in the middle of conducting criminal investigations. It happens all the time especially high profile cases in the news. As their criminal case builds, it will be Sheriff Arpaio who will make the determination when to turn the evidence over to the prosecutor's office.
