I think Rush is way off on this one. Not a single one of these kids will ever vote for Paul, or any Republican….and certainly not enough to swing California. This was a one issue hot button…..among a few hundred kids. Totally meaningless….as far as prez politics is concerned. A Fools errand.

These “kids” will be the ones voting and deciding elections in the years to come. The traditional republican base is getting smaller after each cycle. It simply cannot deliver the necessary electoral votes anymore.

Disagree. For Republicans, California is never about votes in the general election. It's about campaign contributions, especially during primary season. He may have helped himself a lot in that respect. Time will tell.

There are many on the far left who think Hillary is Dick Cheney in a pantsuit. They will vote for Paul over her.
I don't give a crap about party anymore. If Paul looks like the candidate who will do the most to reign in the monster that is the Federal government, he will get my vote.
