Autism is over-diagnosed, but full-blown autism is at least a real condition. ADHD is bogus. This doesn’t mean that there aren’t kids who exhibit the “symptoms” in question, just that those symptoms are due to parenting, not brain abnormalities.
Nonsense. You sound like Harry Reid calling the folks here with actual real life experiences liars because you don't agree that what has occurred to them has actually occurred.

Some kids do have brain abnormalities that are very subtle and do not interfere with gross motor functioning per se, but do interfere with learning and attention and can be very frustrating, as they are independent of intelligence. A child may feel very burdened by mistakes or irregularities caused by incomplete brain circuitry, especially so when their overall intelligence is high.
