What is the latest polling on the McConnell race?

It's not encouraging ...

As posted it’s not good. I am my extended family will be voting for Bevin in the primary. If Snitch wins the primary he’s on his own in the general from what I hear of most conservatives. He along with the gope has made it clear they have utter contempt for conservatives and his voting record and back stabbing deals behind the scenes make it clear he is a total weasel sellout.

We will not be voting for Grimes as she is the usual democrat idiot trotted out but voting for Snitch and towing the “we are all in one big tent together, party loyalty—party loyalty!...” line is not going to cut it this time around.

Those claiming look at the long term picture are really not looking at it, they are going for the politically expedient choice rather than tearing out the traitorous liberal 5th column in the GOP by its roots.

I am not a purist but when you can’t get the leadership to fight for anything—anything, conservative you lost me. And I have listened to those crying for support of the liberal GOP and voted accordingly since 1988 and in 2008 it made me sick voting for that douche bag McCain, hardest vote I ever cast.

In the years they have managed to win despite of themselves, what has been accomplished? A never ending defensive war where ground is surrendered year in and year out and to talk of taking the offensive is met with derision, wailing and gnashing of teeth by the GOPe.

You don’t crap where you sleep and McConnell has running diarrhea of the mouth and has managed to crap all over his base time and time again, the idiot. Mitch will lose and he and the gope have no one to blame but themselves but like good little liberals it will always be someone else’s fault.

Thanks for the info. It would take something big to change the dynamics of that race with only 2 months to go. Sarah Palin campaigning for Bevin across the state (I doubt she would challenge McConnell, though) or something like that, together with a lot of money pouring in. I will be bummed if Bevin can’t pull this off, it will make McConnell more arrogant than ever—and make him believe that now it’s time to sell himself to Democrats, so he will thumb his nose at conservatives. All the more reason for the Dem to win in November. Imagine, the Senate majority leader losing in a tsunami year. That would send a message, too.
