Has anyone really disproved this gentleman’s statement?

Could a rogue military pilot, say from Viet Nam have purposely collide with the 777.
Just remember 09/10/2001 no one could imagine what the scenario of the next day.

If what he saw was the plane, then it is long gone, and everyone is on a wild goose chase.

He was too far from the scene (365 miles, IIRC). Whatever he saw could not have been MH370, unless it had turned in his direction and flown a bit before blowing up.

The evidence is that MH370 turned more or less the opposite way (250°?) and flew back across the Malaysian island, then probably headed northwest, towards the 'stans.

Radar tracks the plane turning back before that point. In addition, radar tracks him for a long ways after that. And furthermore, satellite pinging of one of their communications system shows the plane was still airborne for several hours more, after that time.

That guy obviously saw something, but it apparently wasn’t that particular plane.

Oh ... one more thing ... plug in that guy’s coordinates on some mapping program (like Google Maps, for one ... ) and see where it puts you.

08° 22’ 30.23” N 108° 42’ 22.26” E

Then, take a look at the known positions of the plane from radar after the transponder was turned off.

Anything seems possible at this point. A suicide mission where the target is destroyed immoderately with no witnesses, etc. dosen’t make sense though.

Why is there a question mark after plane? My best guess is that the author is not a native English speaker. But he appears to be a New Zealander.
