Afghan President Hamid Karzai has called on the United States and its Western allies to immediately get out of the country by the 2014 withdrawal deadline.
President Karzai told the US in his address to Afghan parliament that local security forces were strong enough to defend Afghanistan without Washington’s assistance.
The remarks come as Afghan military already protects 93 percent of the war-ravaged country.
The president also warned the US-led NATO countries against continuous meddling in Afghanistan’s internal affairs.
"I want to say to all those foreign countries who, maybe out of habit, or because they want to interfere, that they should not interfere," Karzai said.

Thanks for your kind words. I’m completely confident in all of our troops and their leaders at the execution level, wherever they may be. However, I have ZERO confidence in those who set our foreign and defense policies.
Yeh I would say nuke em back to the stone age but they are already there. :-)
Perhaps we can use it as a test range for nukes, or to dump our nuclear waste.

Nor repeat the mistakes we made getting involved in our disastrous escapades and follies in Vietnam, Korea, Somalia, Iraq, etc;
Nor, IMHO, even in the tribally primitive fifedoms of Europe, nasty when our ancestors left there, and even more ruined by their globalist bankers and their decadent philosophical traditions that dragged us into their crap twice in the last last century at enormous loss of life and treasure to our country.
Let them all slaughter each other. Anyone who thinks they are really serving our country by going anywhere else in the world to kill or be killed should know better by now. Such things are nothing more than fool’s errands. I wish I and others like me had realized that before we signed up.
When Arabs and Muslims are killing each other, best to stay the Hell out of the way.

I think we all learned a lot about the average muzzie since 9/11. We thought there were radicals and most were normal. We thought they would welcome freedom from Saddam and the Taliban but it turns out they are all pretty much alike. Screw them all.

Bring home all Americans (and Canadians) and we can send over every person from Afghanistan who has moved here to enjoy all of the benefits our nations offer.

I mean, yeah, let’s leave, but I think people are taking his words waaaaay too seriously.
I also heard from a good source that he’s a smack addict.
He says and does what he thinks will keep him alive.
There’s a certain region of the world that just can’t be pulled out of the fire, and the fire is of their own making. Lesson learned in the conservative portions of western opinion.
Quarantine that region, the only hope is to contain the madness and force the region into complete dysfunction so that the people turn to new religions and philosophies. If they don’t, at least keep them from buggering up our lives.
I have no problem with this. We leave right after we take care of some business: destroy everything. All the electric generating stations and sustations. All the water treatment and wastewater treatment plants. All the hospitals and schools. All the bridges, culverts and dams. Every motor vehicles we can lay our hands on. They want to live like 7th century barbarians? Then let them be 7th century barbarians.
Leave them nothing.
Nuke the damn poppy fields.
