Not only did the Clintons have to make sure Gore didn’t get elected they had to come up with a plan to make sure the next president was only 1 term.
Sometime after the 2004 election Osama bin Laden released a tape in which he laments the fact 9/11 didn’t bring down President Bush and in fact he was reelected.
In 1999, the exact same time the Clintons are known to be coming up with a plan to make sure the next president was only a 1 termer, bin Laden was planning 9/11 with the intent of bringing down the next president or make him a 1 termer.
