Indian aircraft on Friday combed Andaman and Nicobar, made up of more than 500 mostly uninhabited islands, for signs of missing Malaysia Airlines (MAS) flight MH370 that evidence suggests was last headed towards the heavily forested archipelago.
Popular with tourists and anthropologists alike, the islands form Indias most isolated state. They are best known for dense rainforests, coral reefs and hunter-gatherer tribes who have long resisted contact with outsiders.
The search for MH370 has expanded dramatically in the past week but failed to locate the plane or any wreckage, making it one of the most baffling mysteries in aviation history.

I’ll bet every single illicit drug operation within a few thousand miles of Malaysia is sweating bullets right now. LOL
The plane is in a Iran and there it will stay since they now know the engines ping a satellite.
I say it’s in Male(MLE), Maldives, 1930 miles from KUL. The Maldives have an authoritarian Muslim government and a population of 330,000.
It also might be on the Saudi peninsula, Pakistan, or an Indonesian island.
Or, a thousand feet down in the ocean.
Unlikely.
Just as unlikely as anything else in the speculative world of conspiracy and conjecture.
The mystery deepens.
Been to a lot of that watery part of the world.
Where is the debris field?
If the aircraft had gone down the ELTs would have automatically activated.
Beats the crap out of me? Only time will tell. Until then, I will wait before giving into all the conspiracy propaganda.
Not if there was a massive electrical failure, or a quick dive into the ocean. Speculation is the root of all conspiracies. I, for one, will wait for the final outcome.
It aint that hard to land on those tiny islands, It is harder to launch off, they have ramps at the end of the runway to launch yer ass.
Satellites should show us a debris field in the drink, or should show us where they are on the ground.
That's no fun.
Perhaps some jihadist/terrorist went on a joy ride before he went to meet his 72 virgins. Would be a good idea to do an extensive forensic examination of all the competent pilots on that jet including the passengers. May be able to identify the culprit.Deep ocean graves rarely give up their secrets. Sad for the other passengers crew and their families. Hunch is that young co pilot had a thing for one of the flight attendants, was told to get lost and went nuts.
What would have caused the massive electrical failure?
Why would the aircraft have dived into the ocean?
That is getting harder for me now with all the breaking news just tonight the last hour or so.
Yep, could be an alien abduction, could be the Asian version of the Bermuda triangle, could be the Biblical rapture with all the chosen ones on that flight ... could be, could be, could be ... I think will wait and see what comes out in the official report.
