I heard that conversation this morning. Ellmers was embarrassingly bad. Laura didn’t even seem to intend to go after her, but she couldn’t even defend herself without spitting out Democrat talking points. The truth is, there really is not opposition to amnesty in Washington other than the people we sent there in 2010, and Ellmers was one of those. It’s a scary situation. Basically, what they’re showing us is that wishes of the Republican base are entirely irrelevant, whenever the Chamber and their checkbooks disagree with us.
It's scary as hell, Blackyce. I don't know who to trust, if ANYone, who will actually follow through on conservative promises. A Tea Party name/endorsement included.
