Bullshit. I give you the states of Colorado and Washington. They are the first of what will be many states that are finally starting to turn their backs on the failed drug war. If the fine people of texas and other border states want to continue being cannon fodder and ground zero for big brother's failed, unconstitutional drug war, so be it.
