Yes, if a particular behavior directly and negatively affects the future of our nation and out people ; absolutely .
To do otherwise is national suicide . You know , like letting the Libs gain so much power in the first place .

Should we tolerate treason ? We do nowadays and look at the results . It’s all part of the plot , to end America as we knew it forever .

Obesity has known and growing adverse effects on our economy due to the rising costs of health care. Does the Government then have the right to tell us what foods we can eat?

Thanks for your answer. Now, if the Federal government has authority to regulate it, what part of the Constitution is that power derived from?

As for your question, yes I do think it is important to discourage drug use in our society, for all sorts of reasons, but just because it is important, that doesn’t mean the Federal government has any business getting involved.
