Looking at that photo, it’s unlikely a plane on fire. At that point, it wouldn’t even be in flight.........
The only way that could be an aircraft is if it belly landed on the ground because that puff of smoke overhead would not be possible if the aircraft was flying.
It appears to be something on the ground burning. If that was a plane on fire, still in flight, the smoke plume would be behind the plane, not rising straight up in the air.
