If they had laws with teeth for voter fraud, the solution would be easy. You come in with a picture ID you vote. No picture ID. They have you fill out a form, tell you what the voter fraud penalties are and have you sign it, then they take your picture to be sent in to the election commission. Then you vote. (this gets around DOJ lawsuits about voter ID)

The election commission can then check it out and mail a voter ID if valid. I realize that fraud can still happen, but I think getting your picture taken while your are signing a fraudulent document may cut it down by quite a bit.

True that...It would probably eliminate illegals voting fraudulently, they’re pretty skittish about pics and fingerprints.
