One imaginative fellow had them land the plane somewhere remote, repaint it, get a new transponder, then load it with an Iranian nuke, and send it to LAX.It's not a bad theory, but wouldn't air traffic control need to know about the plane and help it land?

Apparently most flights are unknowns until approaching American airspace. After this, I bet that changes.
