yes, but- if the plane was on autopilot, it should have kept flying. Payne Stewart’s plane with dead crew and pax flew almost cross country before it crashed out of fuel
unless they realized something was wrong and co pilot tried to manually turn around and then passed out- just explains maybe the mumbling
