The shaking-up thus far has consisted of the SoS whining about “nineteenth-century” behavior, as if human nature can suddenly become anachronistic. Their false religion of humanism (mankind is innately good and getting better per its doctrine, when the evidence blatantly shows the opposite) really blinds them.

I don't know for sure, but I don't know if they have the sea lift capability yet, but if they do, it is just a matter of time.
