Islam delenda est=Islam must be destroyed
Its latin for ‘Islam must be destroyed’. Its a reference to Cato the Elder’s famous habit of saying ‘Carthago delenda est’ at the end of every speech he gave in the Roman Senate, as he believed the Roman Republic could never be truly secure unless Carthage was utterly destroyed.
