The 13% is the U-3 rate and it is for 20 and above. Again, go to the links I provided. The BLS figures are not all inclusive. And do you believe unemployment is only 6.7% in this country per BLS? The BLS has very little credibility after they admitted adjusting the figures prior to November 2012.

It has and it will. Blacks are being displaced by immigrants. So are native born whites and minorities. Since 2000 we have added 25.2 million to our workforce, 16.4 million from the native born and 8.8 million from immigration. So who got the jobs?
