Nice, but is Tennessee doing good that it has this to pass.
I am generally nervous and suspicion when ANY legislative body is in session. The historic tendency is for all of them to pass ever more laws. We actually have so many laws that it is impossible for a citizen to obey them all.
This particular legislation I like because it corrects an over reach of the federal power.

Tennessee, in my opinion, is as fine as any state in the union. Years ago, the state motto was “The Three States of Tennessee”, referring to the diversity of west, central, and east If you could lop off west Tennessee, it would truly be as fine as any state.
